Supervise the activities of the Major Account Managers and Enterprise Account Managers Recruit, motivate, and train team Ensure activity requirements are met Assign and re-distribute account base as needed Review correspondence and answer inquiries Our Culture

Knowledge of all services and products provided. Solves and answers telecommunications questions such as special situations, customer inquiries or problems with bills, etc. Ensures monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets are met. Provides on-the-job training to new Major Account Managers and Enterprise Account Managers on the functions of telecommunications services and the sales of our services. Explanation of our service and rate plans, completing the sale, and assisting in determining problems. Responsible for managing personnel by implementing goals, through working in attaining goals to build teamwork. Implements new projects, and other duties as requested by upper management. Maintains and represents Company in Public Relations, i.e., on-net building events, chamber events, trade shows, etc. Meets and exceeds team member expectations of all internal team members Provides value added service by doing whatever reasonable and possible to meet or exceed monthly expectations Demonstrates teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and management Adheres to company policies and procedures Performs other duties as requested/required. Required Skills/Abilities
Must be able to learn all aspects of the job by on-the-job-training, attending seminars, attending our sponsored training, reading sales and management training books, etc., for this position. Understanding of the principles and practices of supervision and training. Ability to define problem(s), define seriousness of problem(s), collect data, and establish facts. Ability to exercise independent judgment. Professional and effective oral and written communication skills such as writing reports and proposals and presentations. Maintain positive attitude towards co-workers and customers. Maintain honesty and integrity in all dealings. Working knowledge of management principals such as negotiating and collaborative strategies. Good understanding of office etiquette, procedures and equipment. Working knowledge of computer and mathematical skills. Understanding of our sales process. Must be able to handle internal communications (i.e. selling ideas and promotions). Effective time management and organizational prioritizing of work load. Must be a self-starter, i.e., enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. Must have valid motor vehicle operator's license and a responsible driving record. Education and Experience
College degree or related working experience in management, outside sales, and the telecommunications industry. 5 or more years of outside, 828 sales experience Proven track record of top 5 ranked sales rep in previous roles Must have telecommunications experience Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate by typing, reading, talking, and listening effectively. The employee will be reguired to work for extended periods of time at a desk on a computer and must be able to maneuver through office spaces as needed.
