Join Sherwin-Williams as part of our Management & Sales Training Program, an exceptional opportunity designed to prepare you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. With our strong promote-from-within philosophy, you'll have the chance to advance into an Assistant Store Manager position following successful completion of the initial 8-week training.
This dynamic role typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, including possible evenings and weekends.
During your training, you will work closely with store management, overseeing a million-dollar business while providing leadership and strategic insight. You'll learn all store operations, client management, and internal strategies, equipping you with the knowledge to contribute significantly to the team's success. Your mission will involve growing the company’s market share by effectively selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors and purchasing agents who require high-quality products in substantial volumes.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
Bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
Able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
Leadership experience, supervising others or leading teams.
Experience in team-oriented environments, including work experience or military service.
Knowledge in selling paint and related products.
Familiarity with timekeeping and CRM systems.
Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish are a plus.
