The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an exciting opportunity designed to prepare you for a leadership role in store management within 18-24 months. We believe in promoting from within, giving you a clear path to advance into an Assistant Store Manager position after successfully completing the initial 8-week training. This role typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, ensuring flexibility and dedication to your growth. During this program, you will work closely with store management to lead a million-dollar business, gaining valuable insights into operations, client relations, and internal strategies. You'll learn how to drive the company’s market share by selling our high-quality products to commercial clients like painting contractors and manufacturers. As you progress, you will acquire essential skills for a successful career in management and professional sales, positioning you for limitless career opportunities with a clear and ambitious trajectory. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Legal authorization to work in the country without the need for visa sponsorship Valid, unrestricted Driver's License Bachelor's degree by the start of the program The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation If internal, a minimum meets expectations rating on your most recent performance appraisal If internal, completion of all required HR eLearning courses Preferred Qualifications: At least one (1) year experience in retail, sales, or customer service At least one (1) year leadership experience supervising others Experience in team-oriented environments Direct experience selling paint and related products Familiarity with timekeeping or CRM systems Willingness to relocate for future opportunities Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in Spanish Sherwin-Williams is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
