Account Executive - Advertising Sales and Partnerships
Rapaport, the trade's primary source of diamond prices, research, analysis and news, as well as theRapaport Magazine, and RapNet - the world's largest online diamond and gemstone trading marketplace, with $9.4 billion of daily listings, is growing its advertising and partnerships team. We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to lead ad sales across all our content and trading channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell digital advertising placements throughout all of Rapaport's advertising inventory, including renewing and expanding existing business
Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Responding to inbound leads and execute proactive outreach to generate new business
Present tailored advertising solutions aligned with client objectives
Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs
Onboarding Milestones:
First 30 days: Complete comprehensive training to gain expertise in Rapaport's product offerings, value propositions, market differentiation, and sales process.
First 60 Days: Begin managing inbound/outbound leads and progressing them through the sales cycle.
First 90 Days: Achieve competency in closing sales cycles independently.
Ideal Candidate Profile: 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, outbound-driven sales role
Familiarity with digital ad performance metrics and campaign strategy
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Familiarity with diamonds, gems or Jewlery markets is a plus
