Account Executive, Sales & Operations

The primary job function is to develop, implement, and monitor complex operations plans in support of new business development objectives. In this role, the individual will partner with agents and brokers to successfully execute critical new business development initiatives in both small business and lower middle market. This person will also work closely with key stakeholders in underwriting, operations, sales, portfolio management, and technology to effectively leverage Chubb’s digital capabilities to process large blocks of new business efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized, an effective communicator and someone who is able to work well independently. This role is a remote role reporting into an AVP of operations on the Strategic Solutions team. Results driven individual with excellent communication skills, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Relentlessly focused on process improvement to maximize efficiency and support an optimal customer experience. Demonstrate or develop an understanding of emerging tools and technologies; leverage both in support of achieving core business objectives. Effective problem solver who can resolve issues and communicate quickly and effectively with key customers. Support field organization by meeting with customers to share Chubb's capabilities; train agents as needed on various tools and capabilities. Will train this individual to be proficient in Chubb’s workflows, policies, and procedures.
