We look forward to the ride with you.As our Account Manager, Outside Sales you'll be the face of Cannondale to our dealer network, building strong partnerships that fuel growth and elevate the rider experience. In this role, you'll represent the Cannondale brand to retailers and riders in the Southeast USA market, becoming the face of the brand as you build strong relationships with bike shops and connect with the cycling community. You're not just selling bikes, you're shaping how Cannondale shows up in the market. Along the way, you help spread our message, elevate the rider experience, and get more people on bikes they love.How You'll Make an Impact:Drive sales with passion within our dealer network across NC, SC, GA, TN, ALTravel to new and existing accounts on a regular basis to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and fuel growthTrack dealer visits with daily call report and send report to Sales Operations to strategize and keep momentum moving forwardSpot new business opportunities, make connections with prospective dealers who are ready to ride with CannondaleHelp dealers fine-tune their inventory, offering smart insights and recommendations that boost their successLead sales and product presentations that inspire confidence, excitement, and buzz with both riders and retailersCollaborate regularly with the Inside Sales team assigned to territory, and work together to resolve dealer issues and improve sales and service techniquesWork collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement What You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-4 years of sales/dealership experience, ideally within the bicycle/outdoor sports industry. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be consideredSuperior customer service and sales skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookLocated or willing to locate within the greater Charlotte metropolitan areaMust be willing to travel on a daily basisMust be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlinesValid drivers' license with an operable and reliable personal vehicle requiredSAP knowledge beneficialIndependent dealership management experience beneficialSuccessful business development experience a plus
