Responsibilities: Manage and grow client accounts by building strong relationships with new customers Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Resolve client inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction Track account progress and ensure client goals are met Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
