Youll engage high-end clientele with precision and professionalism, leveraging analytical insight and polished presentation to consistently exceed sales goals and elevate the Acura brand. Key Responsibilities Drive new and used vehicle sales with exceptional customer service and consultative selling. Use CRM and data-mining tools to target and nurture high-potential leads. Analyze past sales data and customer behaviors to develop strategic outreach (email, phone, digital). Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and lead persuasive, informed test drives. Navigate sophisticated financing and incentives with transparency and expertise. Collaborate with marketing and management to align campaigns with data insights. Maintain brand-appropriate image, presence, and demeanorembody the luxury in luxury automotive retail.
