About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to drive the precision and efficiency of our commercial and sponsorship operations. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring that every commercial spot and sponsorship element is delivered flawlessly, directly contributing to our financial success and audience engagement. You will lead critical day-to-day functions, innovate processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of execution. This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on our content delivery and revenue strategy.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precise delivery and execution of commercial and sponsorship logs for network content.
Proactively identify opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize business processes and adapt to evolving needs.
Lead and manage the daily operations of commercial scheduling and sponsorship activities, serving as an expert in all team functions and processes.
Coordinate the integration of added-value sponsorship elements, including logos, animations, and voiceovers, to guarantee accurate on-air broadcasting.
Partner closely with sales teams to translate obligations and feature details into actionable production plans for on-air execution.
Execute complex client requests, manage placement details, integrate feature information, adhere to live content formats and exclusivity rules, and ensure equitable rotation of commercial inventory.
Generate and publish comprehensive commercial logs for network content.
Actively participate in departmental initiatives, including employee training and system enhancement testing.
Provide expert guidance and support for scheduling inquiries from operational teams and other key stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial scheduling, revenue management, or a related operational role within a media or entertainment environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling, logistics, and inventory with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing daily operations and guiding team processes.
Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in identifying business needs, recommending strategic changes, and implementing process improvements.
Experience coordinating intricate elements such as sponsorship integrations, client requests, and content guidelines.
A solid understanding of commercial inventory management, broadcast execution, and sales obligations.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
