The Administrative Support Specialist performs clerical and administrative duties which support the GOMACO sales staff. This position prepares and distributes sales reports and invoices, processes machine orders and change orders, and maintains filing systems
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complete clerical and administrative duties as assigned Prepare and distribute sales reports Processes machine orders and change orders Processes Invoices Support Sales staff and District Sales Representatives Maintain filing systems Provide assistance for special projects and to other departments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and organizational skills A customer service-oriented workstyle High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Strong clerical skills with an ability to work with deadlines Strong computer skills. Ability to comprehend, retain, and complete assigned duties and instructions
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to Relocate: Ida Grove, IA 51445 Work Location: In-person
