Overview AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is a part-time role focused on bringing the brand to life in-store and delivering an amazing shopping experience for every guest. Responsibilities Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for with a friendly, friends first approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done and support store goals. Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Excellent people skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
