Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "+friends first" mindset. (Training provided.) Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues to get the job done. Maintain integrity by following AEO policies & procedures.

You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience and value practice to master skills. You are at least 18 years of age.
