Responsibilities Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what theyre looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done. Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
