Location: North Little Rock, AR Part-time Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what theyre looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals. Uphold integrity by following AEOs policies and procedures. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people and bring energy to a fast-paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred; practice makes perfect. Minimum age: 18 years old.
