Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what theyre looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and support the team in getting the job done. Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. Youre energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Youre available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays). You love AE and Aerie products.
