This is a great opportunity for a skilled artist looking to supplement their existing clientele or work a flexible schedule in a high-end medspa environment.Schedule: 24 days per month (flexible, based on patient bookings)ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, precise, and safe microblading services in accordance with state and local regulations.Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal results.Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Assist in documenting procedures and maintaining accurate client records.Collaborate with the team to create an elevated, GOLD-level client experience.QualificationsCurrent tattoo artist certification and/or licensing to perform microblading in the state of Tennessee.2+ years of experience in microblading with a strong portfolio of work.Strong understanding of skin anatomy.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to client safety.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently on a part-time, flexible basis.Benefits & PerksCompetitive compensation per procedure.
