Aftermarket Sales Coordinator - North Canton, OH

Job Summary: The Aftermarket Sales Coordinator advances all sales activities thru building and maintaining relationships with customers, regional sales managers, and production staff. Excellent customer service is a must. Strong ability to assist customers with all inquiries and maintain excellent communication throughout the order process from start to finish. Responsibilities and Duties: Process customer request for quotations Review delivery dates w/customers and work with production to accommodate changes if needed Follow up on quotations with customers Review purchase orders for proper terms, shipping details, delivery expectations, and T/C’s Process in-house paperwork Maintain and update opportunities with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Coordinate field service opportunities with the customer Assist with coordination of shipments with customer Assist in customer visits to NCO Reports to: GM – Aftermarket Sales Equal Opportunity Employer It is our policy to employ qualified persons without regard for race, creed, color, national origin, nationality, ancestry, age, sex, marital or domestic partnership status, sexual orientation or disability.
