We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant with a strong background in agriculture to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agricultural practices and a proven track record in sales within the agriculture industry.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the agricultural sector.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders in the agricultural industry to promote our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that address the unique needs of agricultural clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Vocational Tech, Associates or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
Deep understanding of agricultural practices, challenges, and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
