WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN AGRICULTURAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ENTAIL? Your day as an Agricultural Inside Sales Representative is all about building trust and keeping customers at the center of everything you do. You start the morning by checking messages and following up on inquiries to make sure every customer feels heard and supported. Throughout the day, you greet walk-in and call-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping them find the right equipment, parts, or services for their needs. You process transactions, keep documentation accurate and complete, and coordinate with your territory sales manager to ensure seamless operations. Between assisting customers, you make sure the showroom and yard are organized, safe, and welcoming, while keeping machines ready for demonstrations and deliveries. You stay sharp by keeping up with product knowledge, financing programs, and competitive offerings so you can provide confident recommendations. Whether you're handling sales calls, preparing equipment, or representing 21st Century Equipment at community events, you spend your day strengthening customer confidence and making sure they walk away knowing they can count on you and your customer service team.
IS THIS THE PERFECT AGRICULTURAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU? High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills Basic math skills Ability to maneuver over and under agricultural equipment Ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds Comfortable working indoors and outside PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: CDL Experience with compact tractors and riding lawn equipment If you can meet the requirements and characteristics listed above, we need you in this customer service and sales role!
