Lead a group of sales and account management professionals to new heights Daily Duties: Hire/Train/Onboard new LSPs Prepare daily metrics : Calls/quotes/binds/Talk Time Prepare Daily meeting / Huddle Daily coach to results Monitor calls: 5-10 call feedback forms per week for low performers Performance Management: Weekly / Monthly scorecards and coaching delivered to improve results. Action plans for staff not meeting minimum criteria Ensure daily goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities Lead a team of insurance agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Guiding and mentoring a sales team to optimize performance while ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within the agency. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in insurance products and services. Monitor sales targets and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members, recognizing successes and addressing challenges. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Providing exceptional insurance solutions tailored to our clients' diverse needs. Stay current with industry trends and changes to provide relevant insights and guidance to the team and clients.
Requirement Training and Sales Leadership leading a team of sales professionals. Require Allstate Experience. Demonstrate ability to organically grow Sales Team and show results.
