Aluminum Process Sales Manager
for our client in
Meadville, PA!
In this role, you will serve as the strategic leader for our client's aluminum thermal processing solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, responding to customer inquiries, and representing the Aluminum Process (AP) division as its primary face to the market. This role requires strong industry knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate resides within close proximity to an international airport.
Here's what you'll do:
Sales Strategy & Execution-
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets.-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in aluminum processing, annealing, homogenizing, and heat treatment systems.-
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical questions.
Client Engagement & Representation-
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Aluminum Process division.-
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and executives.-
Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
Technical & Commercial Expertise-
Prepare and present tailored techno-commercial proposals.-
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customer-focused solutions.-
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Marketing & Industry Presence-
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.-
Support marketing campaigns and contribute to promotional content.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting-
Work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and service teams.-
Provide regular updates on pipeline, market trends, and customer feedback.
Position Type: Direct Placement
Salary: Up to $200K+ total comp (Base + Commission)
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
Schedule: Up to 50% travel (domestic & international)

Required Skills / Qualifications:-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.-
Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in aluminum processing or heat treatment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:-
Proven track record of account management and sales success.-
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-
Knowledge of aluminum thermal processing technologies and market dynamics.-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively. -
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to energize and influence teams.-
Demonstrated accomplishments in customer-focused problem solving.-
Self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
