The Role
The Salesforce Administrator will provide primary support for Presidio’s environment, assisting end users and serving as a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations, and the Salesforce team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record supporting sales personnel, delivering user training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary support resource for environment with ,+ users.
Perform daily administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, visibility, system error resolution, and other routine tasks.
Complete regular internal system audits and assist with system upgrades.
Manage data feeds and integrations.
Partner with the Salesforce team to identify and implement user experience improvements.
Collaborate with management to establish processes that support end users.
Provide training for new users and grow skill sets across the organization.
Act as the liaison between business users and Salesforce system team.
Work independently with user groups to define and document enhancement requirements.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions for user and system errors.
Required Skills and Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
-+ years of experience as a Administrator.
Salesforce Admin ADM certification required.
Salesforce Advanced Admin ADM, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes (, custom business processes utilizing Flow).
Strong knowledge of best practices and functionality.
Strong data management skills.
Prior experience supporting IT sales teams preferred.
Excellent project management skills and positive, team-oriented attitude.
Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
Creative and analytical problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from true business needs.
Understanding of the impact of new requirements on and related systems/processes.
