Position Overview: The Retail Sales Associate will report directly to the Sales Manager, collaborating with the entire retail store team to uphold our 'Customer First' philosophy, ensuring a world-class shopping experience for every customer. The key responsibilities include: Greeting every retail customer within 10 feet promptly. Maintaining visual merchandising consistency by merchandising and signing your assigned areas effectively. Replenishing merchandise stock from incoming freight shipments swiftly to enhance product selection for customers. Investigating customer requests for unavailable items and communicating these to your supervisor. Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience. Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs overhead. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. High School diploma or GED.
