Position Summary: In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with fellow associates and management to embody the PGA TOUR Superstore 'Customer First' philosophy. You'll be instrumental in providing an exceptional shopping experience and maximizing sales by: Greeting every customer within 30 seconds of their arrival. Maintaining and merchandising your assigned areas with consistency. Replenishing stock from incoming shipments promptly to enhance customer selection. Communicating customer requests for items not currently offered to your supervisor. Resolving customer concerns swiftly and efficiently. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience. The ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. A GED or high school diploma.
