Sales Outfitter The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers. Essential functions include supporting a strong commitment to world class customer service, demonstrating products to customers, replenishing product on shelves, remaining a product expert through ongoing training, and keeping the work area clean and well-stocked. Experience/qualifications include a high school education or equivalent experience, ability to calculate discounts, communicate professionally, establish working relationships, and operate a Point of Sale register system. Physical requirements include standing and walking constantly, ascending or descending ladders occasionally, communicating constantly, operating machinery and power tools occasionally, and moving objects up to 100 pounds or more. Independent judgment is required to perform tasks under general supervision, choose from limited alternatives, and make recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
