Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Director of Sales to lead and execute the sales strategy for three extended stay properties in the Albuquerque market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in extended stay hotel sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships. This is a high-impact, market-level role with direct responsibility for achieving sales goals, growing market share, and positioning our properties for continued success in the extended stay segment. Compensation $65,000 - $75,000 + bonus potential Responsibilities Lead and execute the sales strategy for three extended stay properties in Albuquerque. Drive revenue growth, achieve sales goals, and increase market share in the extended stay segment. Build and maintain lasting client relationships with corporate partners, travel managers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in extended stay hotel sales with a track record of revenue growth. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
