Traditions Management - Area Director of Sales โ€“ Senior Living Location: Multi-site | Travel: 80โ€“90% (including overnights) Full-Time | Salaried
Position Summary: The Area Director of Sales plays a key role in driving occupancy and revenue at our communities through expert execution of our Prospect Centered Sales (PCS) process. This dynamic, on-the-road position requires a motivated, results-oriented sales leader capable of identifying opportunities, removing barriers, and guiding teams to success across multiple communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the PCS sales process to generate tours, advance leads, close sales, and drive move-ins.
Support and/or temporarily assume responsibilities of Community Relations Director (CRD) roles across communities.
Collaborate with local teams to identify and resolve occupancy challenges.
Provide hands-on support for new CRDs through onboarding, coaching, and strategic planning (30-60-90 day plans)
Maintain and manage community-specific occupancy forecasts
Foster positive and professional relationships with prospects, residents, families, and team members.
What We Are Looking For:
3โ€“5 years of senior living or related sales experience
Proven track record in multi-site sales
Strong closing and relationship-building skills
CRM proficiency ( WelcomeHome preferred)
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively
