About the Role The Prosthetic Urology Clinical Specialist will support Territory Managers by covering Prosthetic Urology procedures in the Operating Room and Physician Clinics. This role requires building strong relationships with physicians and OR staff, demonstrating clinical expertise and teamwork. Your Responsibilities will include: Providing clinical support during procedures, troubleshooting, and customer training. Attending cases and advising physicians on product use and techniques. Educating customers through presentations and demonstrations. Responding to product and service inquiries and developing solutions. Reporting medical documentation accurately and timely. Ensuring compliance with quality policies and standards. What we’re looking for: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree preferred. Patient care experience (e.g., nurse, medical technician, therapist, etc.) preferred. Positive attitude, effective communication, perseverance, flexibility, sound judgment, and professionalism. Ability to travel regionally as needed.
