Compensation and Benefits: The salary is $75K base with a first-year OTE of $250K+ ($2.5M quota), complemented by a competitive market-based salary. Position Summary: The client seeks a results-driven Area Sales Manager to cover all of Long Island, preferably residing in Nassau County.
Responsibilities include:
Managing sales of all products within the designated territory and achieving sales targets.
Prospecting, delivering customer presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
Planning and executing strategies to increase sales.
Conducting marketing research and managing the territory effectively.
Handling post-sale customer issues.
Collaborating with Field Service and other corporate departments.

Bachelor's degree in business or science.
Proven experience in selling capital equipment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, and able to build relationships quickly.

Understanding of ROI selling methodology.
Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is preferred but not mandatory.
Customer service orientation and ability to engage with all customer levels.
Extensive travel required.
