GeneralSummary: This Area Sales Manager (ASM) role is responsible for the direct management and leadership of the Lawrenceville territory, containing 10 surrounding cities and towns. The ASM will be responsible for multiple sales channels including grocery stores, convenience stores, and on-premise sales accounts. The ASM is responsible for leading the direction, execution, and proper reporting of outcomes to ensure expected revenue goals are met. The ASM also leads the Sales team to identify opportunities, establish goals and objectives to deliver business plan and goals; managing business changes; ensuring new program benefits are obtained; monitoring key performance metrics, and managing resources efficiently.

Responsibleformaximizingsalesofall HoffmanBeverageproductsinassignedterritory by increasing brand awareness, package distribution, and any display opportunities
Setsteamupfor successbymotivating,coaching,training,and teachinghowtodeliver results
Provideshonestassessmentsoftheteamforefficiencyandimprovementandresources for learning to create intentional developmental plans necessary to support continuous progress and career growth opportunities
Promotesafun,results-drivenworkenvironmentthatachievesitsresultsinasafe, professional, and ethical environment
Owns customer service, relationships, and growth with internal and external customers throughtheestablishmentofpositive,profitable,sellingrelationshipswithkey accounts to drive successful execution of plans in the market
Utilize ABI selling tools to maximize opportunities
Leadscross-functionalcollaborationbypartneringwithotherfunctionaldepartments includingWarehouseandDeliverydepartmentleaderstoensuresharedexpectations are met and exceeded
Communicateproblemareasandopportunitieswithrespectivepre-salesmanand inform Director, Grocery and/or VP of Sales of progress and/or deficiencies
