Our next Area Sales Manager needs to understand our market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales for LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE PRODUCTS in multiple States. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and key clients
Our ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience managing sales, preferably in the financial industry. No cold calling, no door-to-door solicitation, and no lead purchases.

Compensation: $75,000 Responsibilities: Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals
Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success
Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
Qualifications: Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
Proven track record of sales success
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
1.5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales management, or in a leadership role in the sales department Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills Must have a License in Life and Health or be willing to get a license within 15 to 20 days
