: Area Sales Manager - Haircare Division Territory: South West of Ireland

This role specifically supports the Professional brands, including KEVIN.MURPHY, ELEVEN, K18, XXXX and any other brands that National Beauty Distribution may introduce into the portfolio in the future.

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, passionate sales expert who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Your aim will be to increase market share and sales for a select suite of brands in your territory by developing existing client spend and opening new business opportunities.

What we are looking for: Proven sales experience in the B2B sectors (industry experience an advantage, but not essential)

Target driven and total focus on achieving goals and helping grow business

Being a world class brand ambassador by developing in depth knowledge and exuding passion for our brands

An outside the box, pro-active approach to self-generate new business through activity, referrals and networks

A mature approach to intelligent consultative selling

Qualifications and Skills: Min 3 years field sales experience is required

Experience in the Hair/Beauty Industry & hair colour is a distinct advantage

Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets

Experience in pipeline management and/or defining sales strategy

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Full Clean driving licence
