Sales Leadership & Strategy Lead and execute regional sales plans that align with overall company revenue targets and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics across assigned dealerships; proactively identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set territory goals, quotas, and KPIs.
Ensure successful implementation of sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and lead-generation programs.
Oversee territory management, market penetration efforts, and competitor intelligence gathering. Team Management & Development Recruit, train, and develop Household Sales Representatives across multiple locations.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentoring to foster a high-performance sales culture.
Conduct regular field visits and ride-along to assess selling techniques and reinforce company best practices.
Develop bench strength by identifying and grooming high-potential sales talent. Operational Excellence Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and effective use of Salesforce across the territory.
Review and approve sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Partner with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead weekly and monthly sales calls and reporting to track progress toward goals. Customer Focus & Market Growth Champion a customer-first culture by promoting exceptional service and value.
Identify new business development opportunities, partnerships, or verticals to expand territory sales.
Maintain a strong knowledge of market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activity. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with multi-location or multi-market oversight preferred.
Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and exceeding revenue goals.
Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable goals.
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities; experience using Salesforce and reporting tools.
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience a plus.
Willingness to travel across assigned region as needed (up to 50%). Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility
