Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve sales peak performance • Maintain knowledge and trends in the in-home sales industry • Train and develop Factory Reps to Self-Generate Sales Opportunities. • Create positive relationships with customers and employees • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills • Maintain operational compliance w/ corporate policies, practices, procedures, & government regulation • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications
