MI Branch Responsibility: Bingham Farms, Clinton Township, Brighton, Adrian, Jackson.

Responsibilities Lead and develop the sales team to achieve company objectives and drive growth in the hospice services market. Act as the liaison between patients who need care and our hospice providers. Advocate for the patient and the organization, ensuring delivery of the Right Care at the Right Time and in the Right Place. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth opportunities and network building.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related health field 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the health care industry 4 years of supervisory experience Hospice sales leadership experience strongly preferred Hospice sales experience strongly preferred ACO experience strongly preferred Demonstrates proven decision making, leadership, and financial management skills Reliable transportation to perform job tasks Up to 80% travel with overnight stay

Reporting You will report to the President of Sales.
