Overview (AssemblerAssociate):
The Assembler Associate is responsible for constructing assemblies and sub-assemblies by interpreting drawings, applying basic math skills, and utilizing automated equipment, tools, and software. This role involves performing inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with established quality systems and standards.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize basic math and interpret drawings to construct multiple assemblies and sub-assemblies within assigned areas.
• Operate automated equipment and use computer hardware/software to accomplish work tasks effectively.
• Apply testers, fixtures, self-inspection, troubleshooting methods, and soldering skills (as required) to ensure assembly quality.
• Leverage information from sources outside the immediate work group to support problem-solving and process improvements.
• Participate in manufacturing/site focus teams such as Safety, GMP, or ESD to promote a safe and compliant work environment.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills by training and cross-training peers, providing leadership, and influencing work groups positively.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems, operating procedures, and departmental goals for quality and productivity.
• Maintain adherence to the Code of Conduct and consistently meet performance standards as communicated by the department.
