Company : Sime Darby Services Pte Ltd Responsibilities: Sales Support Handle all ST & CD sales-related documents (e.g. creating Sales Contracts, Invoices, Credit Notes & other necessary documents) Attend to sales inquiries via emails and phone calls. Assist the Sales Team in correspondence with clients over the telephone or emails when required. Generation of invoices. Ensure the correctness of invoices and documents. Liaise with customers on repossession of vehicles when required. Liaise with legal on the outstanding debts/repossession process. Work with Finance to ensure timely payments. Collate required documents for legal proceedings. Assist with Operations / Sales Admin if they are away (Medical Leave, Annual Leave, etc) General Admin Support Admin support to Manager, Subscription Telephone invoices processing Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements: Certificate of office skills Preferably Business Admin / Management / Studies. Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience. MS Office (Excel) & PC Proficiency Good customer service skills and telephone etiquette
