Assistant General Manager

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, supporting departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office. You'll work closely with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Supervising and supporting daily operations, especially in Housekeeping and Engineering Serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of team members Creating an empowered service culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction Monitoring and enforcing brand standards, safety procedures, and appearance guidelines Participating in the creation of financial reports and helping meet performance goals Supporting the implementation of preventative maintenance and deep cleaning programs Promoting open communication and teamwork across all hotel departments Ensuring team members deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service Being present in public areas during peak times to engage with guests and provide assistance Attending and contributing to property meetings and completing required training certifications About You:
