Job Description The Assistant General Manager is responsible for executing the Mission Statement daily, which includes providing First Class Service to every customer. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring standards are met, and supporting the Management team in delivering exceptional service. The role involves collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to ensure efficient restaurant operations and completing daily tasks from opening to closing to optimize performance. The Assistant General Manager will provide overall supervision to the team.
