Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to online inquiries, emails, phone calls and text messages
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Qualifications
Previous Dealership BDC or Call Center experience, required
Experience in VinSolutions, preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computer systems
