Your Key Responsibilities: Generate and nurture sales leads through member referrals, networking, demonstrations, and outreach. Develop systems to track and manage prospective leads effectively. Promote and sell ancillary services, including personal training and supplements. Train and coach the sales team to improve their skills and effectiveness. Support the General Manager in maintaining adherence to company policies. Motivate sales staff to meet or exceed targets and achieve individual and club sales goals.
