Assistant Manager - $45k to $55k - South Pasadena, FL We are working with a client that operates a fast-casual chain known across the country. They are seeking a Assistant Manager to join their leadership team and continue to uphold its reputation and quality of service. Responsibilities:
Help manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience Assist with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries in friendly manner Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
Key Requirements:
Proven quick service restaurant management experience Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of P&L’s and COG’s, you have a strong financial acumen Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
