Our Dairy Queen Off of Central & 125th Ave in Blaine, MN is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring that standards for product and service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and speed of service are met or exceeded. Assist in executing the restaurant's business plan, including managing inventory control, ordering products, cash control, and optimizing profits by controlling product and labor costs. Ensure that all Dairy Queen PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into daily operations. Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing shift leads and crew members, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviews. Prepare hourly employee schedules to meet staffing requirements for different day parts. Assist with local store marketing activities, such as public relations programs, evaluating competitors' marketing, and tracking consumer demands. Ensure that food safety and restaurant safety practices are being followed, including proper handwashing, product rotation, temperature logging, and maintenance of a safe facility environment.
Qualifications:
