Position Details: Experience: 2 years Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm Hourly Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 (approximately $46,500 - $50,500 annually) Key Responsibilities: Execute the brand strategy and promote the company's vision, mission, and values for a superior customer experience and maximized sales. Coach, teach, and provide strong leadership to store crew members. Enhance store sales through a focus on customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee daily operations in our food service, grocery market, and fountain sales areas. Actively monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with Braum's store policies and practices. Work Schedule: Your workdays will vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required. Previous retail management experience is necessary. Must be at least 21 years old. A valid Driver's License is required.
