We are searching for a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager who is eager to lead our team and ensure an outstanding guest experience! Key Responsibilities: Ensure 100% guest satisfaction at every visit. Promptly address customer concerns, utilizing BAM! to guarantee their happiness. Inspire and motivate Crew Members to exceed performance expectations. Lead the team in gathering and implementing Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback. Optimize staffing levels to consistently meet service needs. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability among Crew Members and management. Engage positively with guests during every interaction. Guarantee proper storage, handling, preparation, and presentation of food items in alignment with safety and quality standards. Drive profitability through effective product management and waste reduction. Deliver exceptional service and culinary quality that encourages guests to return. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere for guests and team members alike. Role Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 3 months' experience as a Shift Manager. Willingness to complete the Assistant General Manager Readiness Checklist. Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Reliable transportation and the ability to work nights and weekends. Valid Driver's License is required. Pride in all aspects of your work. Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to enhance guest experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Adhere to high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Bring a positive attitude and energetic presence to the team. A sense of urgency and commitment to timeliness. Capability to understand and interpret various instructions and guidelines. Basic math skills for various measurements and computations. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle diverse situations efficiently. Physical Demands: In this role, you will regularly: Stand and walk while communicating with team members. Use hands and arms frequently for various tasks. Occasionally sit, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Have specific vision abilities, including peripheral vision and adjusting focus. Be occasionally exposed to cooking fumes and moderate noise levels. Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities as needed. May require occasional travel for training and regional support.
