They support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies. The minimum age requirement for this role is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
