Job Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.

Assist in achieving maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, and inventory control.

Control expenses, shrinkage, and ensure proper merchandising.

Qualifications:

Minimum age: 18 years old.

Flexible schedule required.

Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail management experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rate: $19.25 - $19.50, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, End of Season Premium Pay, with bonuses and pay programs subject to qualifications.
