Position: Assistant Store Manager - Spirit Halloween Location: Alpharetta, GA / Woodstock, GA Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience Benefits: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. Job Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Assist in maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with physical job demands including standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Support overall store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
