The role involves supporting the Store Manager in various tasks related to the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
