Position Overview:

We're hiring an Assistant Studio Sales & Experience Manager to assist with lead sales, client engagement, and community outreach. This is a part-time, in-studio role for a motivated, results-driven, people-loving superstar who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role is 75-80% focused on sales and client experience, and 10–20% team coordination and studio operations, and 10-20% coaching, developing and holding a team accountable.

What You'll Do:

Lead Generation & Sales

Connect with warm leads via phone, text, email, via socials, and in-person consultations

Guide new clients through membership options and overcome objections with confidence

Hit or exceed weekly/monthly sales and conversion goals

Keep prospects moving through the funnel using our CRM software

Client Experience

Create a welcoming, high-vibe experience for every client who walks through our doors

Be a visible, upbeat leader during class check-ins, events, and community activations

Work with the studio team to ensure brand standards are consistently slayed

Marketing & Outreach

Represent DivaDance at local events and pop-ups

Assist with social media and promotional efforts

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners

Team Coordination

Collaborate with instructors, concierge staff, and hosts to ensure seamless class execution

Communicate updates, wins, and challenges with leadership and team members
